New York: A fundraising event was held in New York for the Hasan Sulaiman Memorial Hospital, which is under construction in Karachi, Pakistan. The donors raised a generous $1.4 million in a few hours.

A fundraising event was held in Long Island, New York for the charity hospital being established in the name of Hasan Javed, the late son of the famous American doctor and former president of APNA, and (Satara-e-Imtiaz Javed Salman.

Filmstar Reema, renowned singer Alamgir and former Congressman Tom Suozzi among other American politicians also participated in the event.

Dr. Javed Salman, the founder of Hasan Sulaiman Memorial Hospital, while explaining the aims and objectives of the construction of the hospital, told the participants that the ultimate goal of the foundation is to serve humanity to seek the pleasure of Allah almighty

Hasan Sulaiman Memorial Hospital will be professionally run on a non-profit basis where deserving people will be able to benefit from free treatment.

Filmstar Reema, who participated as the chief guest in the event, thanked the organizers for being invited for the good work and expressed her thoughts regarding the purpose of life.

Donors have raised $1.4 million in the event, which will be used for the construction of a 300-bed hospital to be established in a period of one and a half to two years, where all possible medical facilities including round-the-clock emergency, trauma center will be provided. , angiography stent, cardiac surgery, treatment of heart and lung diseases can be ensured.
In the event, famous Pakistani singer Alamgir made the participants dance with his beautiful songs.
