WASHINGTON D.C: The 12th annual “Winternational” event was held in Washington DC with participation from around seventy embassies.
The Pakistani booth showcased the country’s rich culture, art, jewelry and traditional cuisine.
Pakistan’s Ambassador to the US Rizwan Saeed Sheikh also attended “Winternational event. He said Pakistan is the custodian of a great cultural heritage.
He noted that our culture holds a unique identity due to its captivating beauty and amazing diversity. He said masterpieces of Pakistani culture beautifully reflect our history, societal traditions and our deep connection with nature.
The Pakistani booth became the focal point for both Americans and attendees from other parts of the world. Participants showed great interest in Pakistani art, cultural artifacts, precious stones and jewelry.
