Ali Rashid, CEO of Kingsland Group and President of the American Pakistani Advocacy Group (APAG), looks forward to supporting the Comptroller-elect as he steps into this vital role and works to shape a stronger, more equitable, and brighter future for our city.

The NYC Comptroller’s Office manages and audits how the city spends its $120+ billion annual budget.

The Comptroller serves as the city’s Chief Financial Officer, Chief Auditor, and Pension Fund Manager—ensuring that New York’s finances are managed wisely, transparently, and in ways that benefit all New Yorkers.
