NEWYORK: A grand reception was organized at local hotel in New York in honor of Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf leader and social personality of Sialkot Saeed Bhalli by Pakistani community leaders Chaudhry Zahoor Akhtar, Khushid Bhalli and Waseem Syed.
The ceremony began with the recitation of the Holy Quran, after which Naat was presented in honor of the beloved Prophet Muhammad (PEACE BE UPON HIM). The American and Pakistani national anthems tunes also graced the occasion and the participants expressed their feelings from both countries.
Addressing on the occasion, Kashmiri community leader Chaudhry Zahoor Akhtar thanked the participants of the reception on their arrival and said that Kashmiris are very loving and considerate and their love is also true.
Khurshid Bhalli lauded the political struggle and sacrifices of PTI leaders and workers for PTI founder Imran Khan and said that he saluted those people who stood with PTI leader Imran Khan in this era of fascism.
Prominent social personality of Sialkot and leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf PTI Saeed Bhali expressed hope that US President elect Donald Trump will raise his voice against the violation of human rights not only in Pakistan but also in the whole world.
Senior leader of PTI Amjad Nawaz and other speakers appreciated the services of Saeed Bhalli and paid tribute to his efforts for the welfare of the community.
Images of Imran Khan and US President-elect Donald Trump were included on the main banner of the event, which attracted the attention of the participants of the event.
