NEWYORK: Kashmir Orphan Relief Trust organized an event titled an “Evening in America” to review mega projects of Mirpur Azad Kashmir managed by the KORT.
The program was organized at local hoyel in Brooklyn under the chairmanship of KORT founder Mohammad Akhtar in which participants of the event were informed about the future projects in Pakistan and Kashmir.
The documentary of Kashmir Orphan Relief Trust was also shown to the participants.
The founder and chairman of Kashmir Orphan Relief Trust Mohammad Akhtar informed the participants about the aims and objectives of his organization and the details of the mega projects being completed in Mirpur Azad Kashmir.
During the ceremony, Mirpur Azad Kashmir orphan trust visitors messages were also shown.
Mohammad Akhtar said in his address that we are getting full opportunity to participate in the reconstruction of our land and thisevent is an excellent channel to inform our friends about future projects.
Chaudhry Mohammad Akhtar gave special attention to the mega projects of education, health and infrastructure in Kashmir and briefed the participants about the financing, design and objectives of the projects.
Participants also expressed their views about Kashmir orphan relief trust and shared information with each other on this occasion and exchanged their ideas for future planning.
The event has not only helped the participants to strengthen the bond between the community, but it also served as a source to promote love and cooperation for Kashmir.
