NEWYORK: The martyrdom of Imam Hussain (RA) conference was held to pay tribute to Imam Hussain (RA) and other martyrs of Karbala in Makki Masjid in Brooklyn, New York.
The event of Karbala, the martyrdom of Imam Hussain (RA), the great sacrifices of the martyrs of Karbala, the philosophy of martyrdom of Imam Hussain (RA) and the important aspects of the teachings of Imam Hussain (RA) were highlighted in the conference.
A large number of local and important personalities, members of the Pakistani American community participated in the martyrdom conference organized by Pervez Ashraf and Mohammad Shafiq Mehr.
Addressing a conference, religious scholars paid full respect and tribute to the philosophy of martyrdom of Imam Hussain (RA) and described the great and unparalleled sacrifice of the martyrs of Karbala, including Imam Hussain (RA).
The reciters recited the Holy Quran, Naat-e-Maqbool in honor of Prophet Muhammad (PEACE BE UPON HIM) and also paid homage to the martyrs of Karbala in the martyrdom conference.
