OIC Office of the International chapter SCAD standing committee on accountability and discipline announce its final decision on the party discipline violations in New York US. On 7th of March OIC secretary SCAD issued show cause notice by PTI Election commission for overseas chapters followed by OIC SCAD Ref: OIC SCAD- USNY- 08032020.
Mr Pervaiz Riaz and Mr Khawar Baig basic membership suspended for one year and being stopped for party representation and any kind of relevant party activity affairs due to violations against PTI constitution and PTI OIC by laws.
Press conference was held on March 6 at long island and stopped from member ship drive to other PTI members. This action reflects impeding of party constitutional process. According to documented decision, It is also observed by the OIC that the said members boycott the OIC USA Intra party election and non-serious and unsatisfactory response to OIC SCAD committee. Threatened and colluded to PTI in the USA court.
Earlier OIC SCAD made a provisional decision on march 14 2020 also finalized that suspension the membership for 6 months of two members Mr Imran Igra and Mr Zameer chaudary, meanwhile OIC SCAD decided that Mr Imran Igra membership terminated forever due to file the case in US district court in NYC. Mr. Zameer chaudary membership suspended for one year due to continuous violations activities against party discipline during notified period.
Suspension of membership may extend against the individuals if violations against the PTI constitution continued in future. Intended members can appeal within 30 days against the decision to the central SCAD Pakistan
