To honor the services of its volunteers, ICNA Relief organized an event at a local restaurant in Long Island, attended by the volunteers along with a strong number of members from the community.
In his address, the spokesperson for ICNA relief, Moviz Asad Siddiqui briefed the attendees about the social activities of the organization. Volunteers were rewarded with performance certificates for their efforts.
On this occasion, the director of ICNA relief Arshad Jamal held an address towards the people present in the event. He stated that the aid of humanity without discrimination is the prime objective for the organization. Declaring the community as their diplomats, he expressed gratitude towards the people for displaying support towards them for this noble cause.
A volunteer for ICNA relief from Bronx, Shabbir Gul stated that over twenty thousand families are being aided in the program.
Moviz Asad Siddiqui further stated that ICNA relief has been efficient in providing its services at the time of emergency. He informed the people about various programs ICNA Relief is holding to help the people belonging to any age, cast, color or religion.
He said that the general image of Muslims in United States has lifted as a result of them being socially efficient.
