NEWYORK: Pakistani American community business and social figures Nadeem Akbar and Ali Akbar hosted a reception in honor of Prime Minister’s Pakistan Youth Program Chairman Rana Mashhood at Sunrise Restaurant, Jackson Heights in New York.
Pakistani American youth from Pakistan and New York participated in the reception in which Pakistan’s political, economic and financial situation, including its growing importance on the global stage, were discussed.
Rana Mashhood said that youth play a key role in the development and progress of any country.
A large part of Pakistan’s population consists of youth, they are the future of this country and they have to take the reins of the beloved homeland.
He called the Pakistani-American youth the ambassadors of the country and emphasized that they are working for the development and progress of Pakistan while living abroad.
On this occasion, the hosts of the event, Nadeem Akbar and Ali Akbar, expressed their gratitude to their guest, Rana Mashhood, for his presence.
