NEWYORK: Muslim community held the Eid festival at the Al-Noor Masjid in Staten Island, New York.
In addition to the Muslim community, people from different cultures also participated in the colorful festival organized on the occasion of Eid.
The Eid festival proved to be a memorable opportunity for the community to celebrate happiness, cultural colors and strengthen social ties.

Many of the participants set up various types of stalls, including stalls of jewelry, bangles and other items. Participants especially enjoyed traditional dishes, barbecue, and tea and coffee.
The organizers said that the aim of the festival was to bring the local Muslim community together on one platform, encourage local businesses and celebrate the joys of Eid collectively.
A special entertainment zone was set up for children at the Eid festival, where various entertainment activities including a jumping castle were arranged.
The joy on the faces of the children was evident, while parents described the occasion as a great way to share the joys of Eid with each other.
The organizers of the festival thanked all the participants, volunteers, and business representatives and expressed their commitment to organize an even larger Eid festival next year.
