NEWYORK: A one-day annual food festival at New York’s famous Times Square concluded with a presentation of flavors from around the world. Citizens and tourists enjoyed delicious food for just US$5 to US$10.
The famous and traditional food festival ‘Taste of Times Square’ was held in Manhattan with great enthusiasm, in which the city’s multicultural identity was celebrated by thousands of citizens and tourists from all over the world.
The unique and international foods presented at the festival are unique in their own way. But the availability of the most delicious dishes for just US$5 to US$10 made Taste of Times Square memorable.
Dozens of food stalls representing different countries and regions were set up at the festival.
The $5 and $10 deals offered a wide range of international foods, including Cuban, Chinese, French, and Italian, filling Times Square with mouth-watering flavors throughout the day. People were eager to sample the cuisines of different cultures at such affordable prices and enjoyed the historic atmosphere of Times Square.
The global food festival featured South Asian and indigenous cuisines, along with other traditional cuisines from around the world.
An Indian food cart at the festival also drew a lot of attention, serving up piping hot samosas, chicken lollipops, basmati rice, and the famous dish ‘chicken tikka masala’.
The colorful Taste of Times Square festival continued late into the night, proving once again that New York City is a true global hub of cultures and foods.
