NEWYORK: People’s Organization for Welfare Equality and Reform Masjid-e-Ayesha community center organized “Mehfil-e-Naat” at Huntington, New York which was attended by local Muslim community members.
Special guest and world-renowned renowned Naat Khawan, Alhaj Imran Sheikh Attari, presented his Naat in honor of Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him).

The audience expressed their devotion through Durood-o-Salaam and other spiritual recitations and prayers. Later, Qaseeda Burda Sharif was also read.
Participants offered collective prayers for the unity and consensus of the Muslim Ummah, peace and security throughout the world, and the security, progress and prosperity of the country and nation.

Founder and CEO of POWER Tahira Din shed light on the excellence and importance of Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) and said that the life of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is a source of excellent guidance for us in every aspect of life.
She emphasized the need for the Muslim Ummah to follow the life of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), to show mutual love and unity, to be socially responsible and to play a joint role for the welfare and well-being of the community.

This prestigious event was attended by members of the community, including people from different walks of life, elders, youth and families. The participants considered the continuation of such religious, spiritual and welfare activities to be very useful for the unity of the community and the religious and moral education of the new generation.
