NEWYORK: The lead actor of the new Pakistani film “Aag Lage Basti Mein” Fahad Mustafa said that his film has done the most business at the box office in Pakistan in the first two days of Eid-ul-Fitr, which has never happened before in history.

The trailer of Aag Lage Basti Mein was also shown during the film launch and meet the cast, after which the audience highly appreciated the acting of the superstars.
In a conversation with the participants, actor Fahad Mustafa said that he always wanted to make a unique film, and this film is a gift from us to Pakistanis. He said that for the first time such a record was set at the box office in two days of Eid-Ul-Fitr.
Actress Mahira Khan said that she has worked very hard in this film, it was not easy to play the character created by the film’s writer Bilal Atif.
Pakistan’s famous comedian and host Tabish Hashmi, who made debut in the film industry with Aag Lage Basti, said that he had never thought of acting in the film, and all this happened because of Fahad Mustafa. He said that whether he has done a good job or a bad one, Fahad Mustafa is responsible for it.
Fans participating in the event asked various questions to the cast of the film, while Fahad Mustafa, Mahira Khan and Tabish Hashmi also repeated some dialogues at the request of the fans.
Earlier, the film’s writer Bilal, who also made debut from this film, said that initially he wanted to make a web series on this topic, but everyone found the story so interesting that he then edited it and turned it into a feature film.
