ISLAMABAD: Pakistan and China have agreed to strengthen AI-based partnership in health, agriculture and mineral sectors.
Both the countries are actively working on establishing a joint AI laboratory for smart and digital agriculture.
The purpose of the laboratory is to improve agricultural production, supply chain and food security in Pakistan through the use of AI.
Recently, at the Pak-China B2B Agriculture Investment Conference, about eighty memorandums of understanding were signed and agreements worth 4.5 billion dollars were finalized.
Bilateral cooperation will also prove helpful in addressing health challenges through technological innovation and medical research.
