DAWAH organizes meet and greet for construction of Towheed DAWA center

NEWYORK: The non-profit organization DAWAH organized a meet and greet for the construction of the Towheed DAWAH Center in New York.

Pakistani cricket team batsman Mohammad Rizwan and former legendary off-spinner Saqlain Mushtaq also appealed to the community to donate.

The meet and greet was organized by the non-profit DAWAH, which is active in religious services, for the construction of the Towhid Dawah Center at the residence of Rana Akhlaq, a well-known Naat Khawan and businessman from the Pakistani American community in New York. The program began with the recitation of the Holy Quran.

The event was moderated by Hamza Rana, Ali Raza and Saqib Saeed. Rana Akhlaq also recited Naat in honor of Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him).

Prominent figures from the Pakistani American community participated in the Meet and Greet.

Addressing the participants, the legendary former off-spinner of the national cricket team, Saqlain Mushtaq, said that these mosques are pieces of heaven. The work of religion is actually a trade with God in which there is never a loss.

The participants of the event were also informed about the land purchased for the Tawheed Dawah Center and the projects involved in its construction.

Green Shirts wicketkeeper and batsman Mohammad Rizwan said that everything in the world has some purpose, and man should also find the reason for his creation and this universe.

Addressing the event, host Rana Akhlaq expressed his gratitude to both the guests and the participants of the event and said that Allah Almighty chooses His favorite people for His work and we are lucky that Allah Almighty chooses us to build this mosque.

Later, the participants met the national team players, shook hands, and took pictures. Prayers were also offered for the Muslim Ummah and those participating in the construction of the Tawheed Dawah Center.
