KARACHI: Various social, journalistic organizations and press clubs have expressed their sorrow and condoled on the sad demise of Rana Idrees, the father of Voice of South Asia Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and senior journalist Zahid Rana.
Pakistani society of North Texas, Karachi Press Club and Karachi Union of Journalists (Dastoor) in their separate messages have expressed their heartfelt condolences to Zahid Rana over demise of his father.
The Pakistan Society of North Texas team and Board of Trustees in condolence message extend their sincerest condolences to Zahid Rana, a renowned journalist, CEO of VOSA TV USA, and respected community leader on the sad demise of his beloved father in Pakistan.
PSNT said that the loss of a parent is an irreplaceable sorrow, and we stand with him in his moment of mourning. They prayed that Allah (SWT) grants the departed soul the highest ranks in Jannah (Al-Firdaus), forgives his shortcomings, and envelopes him in Divine mercy and Noor.
They prayed that may Allah Almighty forgive the bereaved and pray that Allah Almighty grants patience and fortitude to all the family in this hour of grief.
Karachi Press Club President Fazil Jamili, Secretary Sohail Afzal Khan and the Executive Council expressed their condolences and said that in this hour of grief, we share the grief of Zahid Rana and his family.

Voice of South Asia CEO Zahid Rana’s father Rana Idrees passed away on May 29 in Multan after a short illness.
