Nationwide rallies held in solidarity with oppressed Palestinians

ISLAMABAD: Rallies were taken out in different parts of the country today to express solidarity with oppressed people of Palestine.  

People belonging to different segments of society took part in the rallies to raise their voice against the atrocities and brutalities of the Israeli occupational forces against innocent civilians.

They were carrying placards and banners inscribed with slogans against apartheid regime of Israel and chanting slogans against Zionism.

In this regard, a rally was taken out in the Hashtnagri area of Peshawar which was jointly organized by the business community of Peshawar.

Addressing rally, the speakers strongly condemned the Israeli bloodshed and barbarism on Palestinians and asked the public to boycott Israeli products.

Likewise, solidarity marches for Palestine was held at the Mall Road in Lahore under the aegis of Jamaat e Islami.

Speaking at the rally, Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Hafiz Naeem ur Rehman condemned the plan of evacuation of Gaza.

In Karachi, JI held over 1000 corner meetings in solidarity with Gaza to express solidarity with Gaza against Israeli crimes against humanity.

‎On the occasion, a list of 1000 Israeli pilots were shown who refused to take part in Gaza genocide and published their stance in a Hebrew advertisement. The Muslim rulers, particularly the Pakistani ruling regime was asked to have some inspiration and courage from those Israeli pilots.

‎JI Karachi Amir ‎Monem Zafar in his address said 60,000 people had been martyred in Gaza, including women and children, 90 percent infrastructure had been destroyed and no one was able to refrain the terrorist Israel.

‎‎It seemed that the global powers joined hands against Muslims, he said, asking where is the Geniva Convention that bar bombings on schools and hospitals.
