LAHORE: Sikh devotees, who are in Pakistan in connection with the birth anniversary celebrations of Baba Guru Nanak Dev Ji, visited Gurdwara Sacha Sauda in Farooqabad on Saturday, after which they departed for Hassan Abdal.
The pilgrims will stay for one day at Gurdwara Panja Sahib in Hassan Abdal.
Deputy Commissioner Shahid Imran Marth said that arrangements have been made to facilitate the Sikh pilgrims.
He said that excellent facilities including accommodation, food, transportation and medical services were being provided to the Sikh pilgrims.
Sikh pilgrims expressed satisfaction over the security, accommodation and overall arrangements. They said that Pakistan is a peaceful country and Pakistanis have deep love for the Sikh community. The Sikh pilgrim will visit Kartarpur near Narowal on Monday.
