Haramain Sharifain inaugurates Zamzam cooling plants at Haram Nabvi Sharif and Masjid-e-Haram Sharif.

Haramain Sharifain, governing body responsible for administration of the two holy mosques in Saudi Arabia, has inaugurated Zamzam cooling unit at Prophet’s Mosque Madina to cool Zamzam. Chairman of Haramain Sharifain Dr. Abdul Rehman Al-Sudais inaugurated Zamzam Cooling Unit

According to Haramain Sharifain for two holy mosques said that this unit will work under issues of services and Zamzam supply in Masjid Nabavi.

A space of 90 meters has been allotted for Zamzam cooling unit which has capacity to store 120,000 Zamzam bottles and cool 180 bottles in one minute.

The purpose of setting up this unit is to provide timely and quality water to pilgrims of Masjid Nabavi especially Zamzam Mubarak.

With the commencement of present Umrah season, the Haramain Sharifain of Masjid-e-Haram had installed Zamzam cooling plants at various places in Haram-e-Sharif and Masjid-e-Haram from where 3 million liters of Zamzam were distributed among pilgrims.

In view of Pandemic situation, Haramain Sharifain also took precautionary measures for distribution of water and Zamzam in Masjid Haram and assigned 50 people to supply Zamzam.

Each of them was given a water cooler with a capacity of 10 liters of water.

In addition, each water supply employee is given 200 plastic cups in which they distributes water and Zamzam.
