Deputy Information Secretary PTI USA, Khaim Shakir issued a notification and draw standard operating procedures for office bearers , portfolio holders, spokespersons and media coordinators.
The policy is mainly determined for mainstream media and in general for social media. The policy statement is due to the confusions aborn through un-necessary notifications, issued according to deputy Information secretary. Internal memorandum is a reminder to all who bring forth and disseminate materials on media relevant to party policies and internal matter. An un-necessary notification creates embarrassment and provides reason for the opposition to criticize.
Deputy Information secretary also added that this is the reminder for internal matter to must consult SOPs said in the party constitution rules and regulations for international chapters. And all materials must be scrutinized by relevant officers. Violations has been referred and marked to relevant SCAD.
