NEWYORK: Muslim Foodies and Shaheen Caterers-Event Planners organized the summer Halal festival at Nassau community college in New York which was attended by more than 20,000 people from all over the city.
The festival featured not only Pakistani Halal food, but also famous dishes from different countries including Arabic and Turkish, which unique flavors were enjoyed by the participants.
Food lover flocked the stalls of barbecue setup by the Shaheen Caterers at the festival and enjoyed Halal festival.

More than 40 different types of dishes were prepared and served at the festival, while stalls from various restaurants. Along with the delicious food, there was a huge rush at the ice cream stalls, where everyone enjoyed the taste of their choice.
The famous Villager Farmers Market and other superstores in New York, famous for selling quality goods at discounted prices, also set up their stalls and gift cards were given to the participants through a draw.

Games and various recreational activities were also organized for children at the festival, where the children had a great time.Visitor enjoyed the tea at Golimar tea stall which was named after the famous area of Karachi for its uniqueness.
The participants of the event recalled their childhood by enjoying ice-filled drink “Gola Ganda,” while some took “bun-kabab” and refreshed their memories of youth. They also enjoyed Paan made with different flavors.
Famous Pakistani brands Meezan and Shan set up stalls at the summer Halal festival from where people were seen buying their favorite products.
Many stalls of perfumes and cloths were also set up which became participants’ center of attention.

The participants who came from different parts of New York enjoyed the summer Halal festival of Muslim Foodies and Shaheen Caterers to the fullest and thus it became a great memory for everyone.
