Dr. Hamawy wins Democratic primary for NJ-12 district

NEWJERSEY: Democrats candidate for congress from New Jersey Dr. Adam Hamawy has won the primary election for NJ-12 district. He will face a Republican candidate in the midterm elections.

Efforts to include Muslims in American politics and legislative institutions have paid off as Dr. Adam Hamawy, a Muslim candidate for Congressman from the Democratic Party, has won the primary election.

The Muslim community and voters are very excited with his victory. Dr. Adam Hamawi is a former US Army surgeon who served in the Iraq War. Thanks to his campaign slogan, Healthcare Not Bombs, he received strong support from various progressive and community organizations.

Various organizations of the Pakistani American community played a significant role during his election campaign.

Businessman and socialite Adnan Bukhari, along with his close friends, organized a meet-and-greet and fundraiser in Nassau County last month in honor of Dr. Adam Hamawy, while well-known businessman and socialite Nick Saleem in New Jersey also held a fundraiser for Dr. Adam Hamawy at his residence.

After winning the Democratic primary, Dr. Hamawy will now face a Republican opponent in the election to be held in November. The community hopes that Adam Hamawy will also win the general election.
