KARACHI: All Parties Hurriyat Conference convener Ghulam Mohammad Safi has said that Hurriyat Conference will take out rally on July 8 on the martyrdom day of Burhan Muzaffar Wani.
He was addressing a press conference at Karachi Press Club. APHC’s convener said that Shaheed Burhan Wani exposed the hideous face of India.
He said that they will not accept any solution of Kashmir without the approval of the Kashmiris. He said that millions of our people were martyred in Kashmir but even today, our struggle and martyrdom is continued.
Ghulam Mohammad Safi said that 8 years ago on July 8, young Kashmiri social media activist Burhan Muzaffar Wani was martyred. He said that Burhan Muzaffar Wani did not cross any ceasefire line but exposed the hideous face of India through social media.
He said that India martyred Burhan Muzaffar Wani for exposing its hideous face but the martyrdom of Burhan Muzaffar Wani proved to be more terrible for India.
He said that a rally will be taken out from Arts Council to Karachi Press Club on Burhan Wani’s martyrdom day. He said that Hurriyat Conference wishes that every religious and political party of Pakistan participates in this rally.
He said that they were in contact with the Pakistan People’s Party, JUI (F), Jamaat-e-Islami, Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf, Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan and other parties and the leadership of these parties will also attend the rally.
APHC leader said that we will give message to entire world that all Pakistanis are with the Kashmiris and united. He said that Kashimiri people will not accept any solution to Kashmir that is without the intention of the Kashmiris and it should be resolved through plebiscite.
He said that he belongs to Indian occupied Kashmir and want to tell that freedom movement in Occupied Kashmir is political as well as military and same will be continued.
He said that India wants to declare this movement as a terrorist movement in the world, but India’s efforts have failed.
Hurriyat leader said that India wants to stop the Kashmiris from the movement by intimidation but the people of Jammu and Kashmir have courage and they were kept continuing their movement for freedom.
