APAC announces establishment of international business and trade wing

NEWYORK: All Pakistani American Coalition’s founder and chairman Sheikh Tauqeer-ul-Haq has announced the establishment of the organization’s new International Business and Trade Wing and its Board of Directors.

According to the announcement, the new wing will work directly under the APAC Executive Board, while its members will also be international partner members of the Islamabad Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry and will abide by the APAC constitution and rules.

The announcement said that the purpose of establishing this wing is to provide opportunities for women, men and youth to advance in the field of business and trade, help them start their own businesses and enable them to play an active role in the US and Pakistan economies as importers, exporters and franchisors.

According to APAC, membership of this special wing will be launched soon for community members so that more people can benefit from business opportunities.

The organization says that this wing will be further expanded with the cooperation of all APAC boards.

According to the announcement, the chairman or president of APAC will take oath from the members of the new wing in the upcoming meeting.

The office bearers of the business and trade wing include Mrs. Alia Tauqeer as Chairperson, Atiya Shahnaz as Co- Chairperson, Dr. Sundas Ali as President, Tahira Taj Din as Senior Vice President, Dr. Iqra Ashiq as Vice President, Noor-e-Saba Saleem as Vice President, and Gulnaz Ahmed as Director.

Sheikh Tauqeer-ul-Haq said that Farooq Mirza is playing an important role in the field of Business and Trade as a collaborating partner and with his support, APAC is successfully advancing its mission. He also welcomed the new and old members of the organization.
