In their separate messages on the occasion, President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif appealed to the nation to play its role in the development, stability, and prosperity of Pakistan.
The President said this blessed night provides an opportunity to renew our resolve to rise above personal interests and place national interest and collective welfare at the forefront.
He added that Shab-e-Baraat reminds us that through faith, solidarity, and commitment to righteousness, we can overcome difficulties and strengthen the bonds of harmony in society.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said the night serves as a reminder to strengthen bonds of brotherhood and renew our commitment to collective welfare and national interest.
