ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari has lauded the security forces for successfully completing operation against terrorists, who attacked Jaffar Express.
President Zardari, in a statement, appreciated the professional expertise of the security forces for safely rescuing the passengers and killing thirty-three terrorists during the effective action against the terrorists.
The President also expressed his heartfelt grief and sorrow over the martyrdom of twenty-one civilians and four FC personnel.
Asif Ali Zardari prayed for higher ranks of the martyrs of operation Jaffar Express and for patience to the bereaved families.

It is pertinent to mention that security forces had successfully completed operation against terrorists and rescued all passengers of Jaffar Express.
Director general of inter-services public relations Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry told private TV channel that thirty-three terrorists were killed by security forces in this terrorist attack, including suicide bombers who had used innocent women and children as human shields.
