Religious scholar Allama Mohammad Maqsood Ahmed Qadri deliver special sermon at Jamia Mohammadiyah Razviya Masjid in Brooklyn

NEWYORK: A special sermon was delivered by a religious scholar Allama Mohammad Maqsood Ahmad Qadri, who came from the shrine of Syed Ali Hajwiri known as Dataganj Bakhsh Lahore, at Jamia Mohammadiyah Razviya Masjid in Brooklyn.

Allama Mohammad Maqsood Ahmad Qadri, who is on his visit to US, in his address, enlightened the audience with religious teachings and offered special prayers.

On this occasion, the general secretary of the Masjid, Mohammad Samar, welcomed Allama Mohammad Maqsood Ahmed and expressed his gratitude on his arrival.

Allama Mohammad Maqsood Ahmad Qadri’s sermon was comprised of spiritual and religious topics on the arrival of Rabi-ul-Awwal which greatly impressed the audience.

He said that Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) was the last prophet of the divine prophets sent to the world and his Prophethood will continue till the Day of Judgment.

He also narrated the services of Hazrat Data Ganj Baksh for the spreading the message of Islam and said that if anyone wants to find “Pir Kamil” then he should read Hazrat Sahib’s book Kashf al-Mahjub.

After the address, Durood and Salam was also recited. Allama Mohammad Maqsood Ahmed Qadri later offered special prayer which was attended by large number of Pakistani American community members.

The administration of the Jamia Mohammadiyah Razviya also appreciated the efforts of Mohammad Samar, the general secretary of the Masjid, and thanked all the participants for attending the event.
