NEWYORK: A Muslim Bengali woman, who was going home after offering Taraweeh prayers was attacked by a local woman, in Brooklyn.
This hate crime incident occurred within jurisdiction of police station 66. Muslim Bengali woman was leaving from a mosque after offering Taraweeh prayers in Brooklyn. She was attacked by a local woman and tried to strangle her with a scarf.
Sharing the video of the incident, local residents wrote that this is ridiculous incident in the blessed month of Ramadan and such incident is condemnable. Police has taken the attacker woman into custody and initiated investigation.
