Editor-in-Chief Jago Times Raja Zahid Akhtar’s father Abdul Latif Khanzada passes away

Dallas: The Editor-in-Chief of Jago Times Raja Zahid Akhtar Khanzada’s father Abdul Latif Khanzada passed away in Arlington Texas after a long illness.

Abdul Latif Khanzada was suffering from blood cancer and had been admitted to a local hospital in Arlington for the past several days. He died on Thursday.

The funeral prayer of the deceased was offered at Darul Imaan Islamic Center in Mansfield, Texas, which was attended by large number of his relatives and friends, including various political and social figures from Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Later, the deceased was buried at the Joshua Texas Muslim Cemetery.

Leaders of several Pakistani community orgganizations including Abid Malik, Salman Tabani, Abid Baig, Hafeez Khan, Ameer Ali Makhani, Nadeem Akhtar, Imtiaz Rahi, Dr. Rao Kamran Ali, Syed Fayyaz Hussain and others expressed deep sorrow and grief on the sad demise of Abdul Latif Khanzada and condoled Editor-in-chief of The Jago Times Raja Zahid Akhtar Khanzada over the sad demise of his father.
