A man was fatally shot in the courtyard of a Brooklyn housing complex Tuesday night. The 22-year-old victim was standing in the courtyard of the Glenwood Houses on Ralph Ave. in Flatlands about 6:10 p.m. when an argument broke out, and someone fired at least five shots. Medics took him to Brook dale Hospital, but he couldn’t be saved. His name wasn’t immediately released. He was one of the guys who hangs out in the building.
