India’s Firing along Kashmir border Kills Pakistani Civilian

Pakistan on Sunday accused the Indian army of “unprovoked” gunfire along the Kashmir border killing two people, including a woman and a teenager, while the Indian side made similar charges.

Three other civilians were injured. The injured people have not been identified but are reportedly two women and a man. They were shifted to a nearby hospital.

Meanwhile the Indian Defense Ministry also accused Pakistan of cease-fire violations into Indian-administered Jammu and Kashmir, injuring a boy.

The Pakistan Army responded to the Indian firing, according to the Inter Services Public Relations Pakistan  (ISPR). It opened fire at Indian check posts in the Rakh Chakri and Nakyal sectors.
