KABUL: A blast in Kabul’s PD9 district has wounded at least four civilians on Friday morning, Afghan media reported.
The explosion occurred around 9 am today.
According to Interior Ministry spokesman Nusrtal Rahimi, the explosion targeted the foreign forces’ convoy in the Qabel Bai area in Kabul’s PD9.
Rahimi said four civilians were wounded in the explosion.
Eyewitnesses however said one civilian was killed in the blast.
Residents of Qabel Bai said some houses in the area were damaged by the explosion.

This comes after Kabul hosted the second Kabul Process conference on Wednesday in which the Afghan government sent a peace offer to the Taliban.
