Thank God, it feels fresh and vibrant,&#8221; Mahathir posted on his social media accounts.<\/p>\n<p>A 23-second long video of the event showed Mahathir wearing the athletes\u2019 gear and riding a red bicycle and traveling through parks around a lake.<\/p>\n<p>Mahathir, who is also founder of Malaysia\u2019s first car Patron, generated enthusiasm on social media for his bicycling. The Twitter video of Mahathir riding bicycle was retweeted more than 12,000 times.<\/p>\n<p>A Facebook user reacting to Mahathir\u2019s bicycle ride said: &#8220;Wow&#8230;incredible..at age of 94.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>On the occasion of his 94th birthday last month, Mahathir said: &#8220;My birthday wish is very simple &#8211; that I can finish my work setting Malaysia on the road of recovery.
