This was solved by adjusting the angle to a flatter 43 degrees, 147ft up the face.<\/p>\n<p>Visitors can now clamber down a 79m narrow tunnel from a raised entrance on the Bent Pyramid&#8217;s northern side to reach two chambers deep inside the structure.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.vosa.tv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/pyramid1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6515\" src=\"http:\/\/www.vosa.tv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/pyramid1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"976\" height=\"549\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>They will also be able to enter an adjoining 18-metre high \u201cside pyramid\u201d. It is possibly for Sneferu\u2019s wife Hetepheres, opened for the first time since its excavation in 1956.<\/p>\n<p>Archaeologists also presented mummies, masks and tools discovered during continuing excavation works that began near the Dahshur pyramids last year.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Egypt&#8217;s has opened the Bent Pyramid near Cairo to the visitors.
