NEWYORK: A Pakistani-American Mahmood Khan, who shown courage and bravery in New York last year and saved a four-year-old child from kidnapping, has graduated and appointed as police officer in the New York Police Department.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mahmood Khan had saved the four years old boy from kidnapping by Nelson Priester, at the Darul Quran Masjid in Suffolk County, Long Island.<\/p>\n

Mahmood Khan\u2019s courage and bravery developed the passion of becoming a police officer.<\/p>\n

Mahmood has completed his graduation and has been appointed as a police officer in the New York Police Department.<\/p>\n

The ceremony held in this regard began with the American national anthem, after which the new police officers were sworn in.<\/p>\n

The new graduates celebrated their joining in the police force. Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch, who attended the ceremony, presented the new recruits with their police officer certificates.<\/p>\n

Mahmood Khan’s father, mother, wife and daughters were also present on the occasion.<\/p>\n

Mahmood\u2019s mother congratulated her son after becoming a police officer.<\/p>\n
