NEWYORK: A Quran Khawani and condolence meeting for late Abdul Rasheed Chaudhry, a businessman and social figure of the Pakistani American community, was held at Masjid-ul-Noor in New York.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Brother-in-law of Staten Island’s businessmen and social figures Ajmal Chaudhry and Azhar Chaudhry, Abdul Rashid Chaudhry passed away due to illness two weeks ago.<\/p>\n

A large number of people from various walks of life, including political, social and business circles, participated in the Quran Khwani.<\/p>\n

The participants expressed their condolences to the families and legal heirs of deceased Haji Naeem Chaudhry, Ajmal Chaudhry, Azhar Chaudhry, Rukhsana Zahid, Zahid Chaudhry and Tayyab Jamil Chaudhry.<\/p>\n

Imam of the Masjid, while addressing the audience, said that in Islam, the Quran and Hadith are such a subject that every Muslim is a student and in this religion there is a clear divine message that death is an irrefutable reality, it is not possible to deny it.<\/p>\n
