CHICAGO: Maine Township officials and\u00a0 Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Commissioner Eira Corral Sep\u00falveda, organized a health fair at the township parking lot. A large number of people attended the health fair.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Commissioner Eira Corral Sep\u00falveda of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago, in collaboration with Maine Township, organized the water & wellness health fair each year in the summer to help people for getting knowledge about their own health and well-being.<\/p>\n

They focused to provide resources on various health and environmental topics, including the connection between clean water, green infrastructure, and community resilience. It serves as an interactive environment to explore healthy lifestyle choices.<\/p>\n

Participants of the health fair met variety of health and wellness professionals, such as dietitians, fitness instructors, chiropractors, and asked frequent questions about their health.<\/p>\n

MWRD Commissioner Eira Corral Sep\u00falveda said that Maine Township government is collaborating with MWRD to hold the annual water & wellness health fair.<\/p>\n

She said that empowering people to take charge of their health and well-being is the goal of this fair and MWRD along with its partner are offering helpful resources from local organizations and medical specialists. \u201cWe’ll be providing free health resources on a range of environmental and health-related subjects,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
