{"id":34628,"date":"2024-10-04T15:51:40","date_gmt":"2024-10-04T15:51:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vosa.tv\/eng\/?p=34628"},"modified":"2024-10-04T15:51:40","modified_gmt":"2024-10-04T15:51:40","slug":"pakistan-to-observe-solidarity-day-with-palestine-on-october-7-against-israeli-atrocities","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vosa.tv\/eng\/archives\/34628","title":{"rendered":"Pakistan to observe solidarity day with Palestine on October 7 against Israeli atrocities"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I<strong>SLAMABAD: Pakistan\u2019s political parties leadership decided to express solidarity with Gaza and the Palestinians on a national level and agreed to observe a \u201cDay of Solidarity with Palestine\u201d across the country on October 7 to stand against the brutalities faced by innocent Palestinian men, women, and children at the hands of Israel.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This was decided in a meeting of political leadership of Pakistan Muslim League (N), Pakistan People Party and Jamaat-e-Islami. Chairman of Pakistan People Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and a delegation of Jamaat-e-Islami led by its Amir Hafiz Naeemur Rehman met with prime minister Nawaz Sharif and PML(N) leadership at PM House.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting decided that nationwide gatherings and seminars will be held to show solidarity with the Palestinian people and to protest against the ongoing Israeli aggression on October 7.<\/p>\n<p>The participants of the meeting resolved to raise their voice against the ongoing oppression of innocent people in Gaza and Palestine and to support their Palestinian brothers and sisters.<\/p>\n<p>It was also decided to convene an All Parties Conference, hosted by the prime minister, to discuss the issue.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting also approved to form a committee for organizing the day of solidarity with Palestine and the all parties conference.<\/p>\n<p>The committee will include deputy prime minister and foreign minister Ishaq Dar, Sherry Rehman, Khawaja Saad Rafique, and Nayyar Bukhari.<\/p>\n<p>President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will attend the All Parties Conference.<\/p>\n<p>Bilawal Bhutto Zardari extended full support for observing the day of solidarity, condemning the ongoing oppression of innocent Muslims in Palestine and Gaza.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting also praised Jamaat-e-Islami\u2019s stance in solidarity with the innocent Palestinians in Gaza and Palestine.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD: Pakistan\u2019s political parties leadership decided to express solidarity with Gaza and the Palestinians on a national level and agreed to observe a \u201cDay of Solidarity with Palestine\u201d across the country on October 7 to stand against the brutalities faced by innocent Palestinian men, women, and children at the hands of Israel.
