A drowned body was found on May 24 last year in the upper west of Manhattan, New York. The deceased was identified as Mohammad Khan and was 66 years old but not get further information as he had no family members in the foreign country.<\/p>\n

When no heir of the deceased was found, the city administration took body into their custody, but despite the passage of more than a year, no contact was made to receive the body of the deceased. The deceased waited for burial for a year. Finally, the New York City administration approached Al-Rayan Funeral Services to bury the unidentified deceased if they desired.<\/p>\n

According to Imam Ahmad Ali of Al-Rayyan Funeral Services said that we raised funds for bathing, shrouding and burial of the deceased. Funeral services have been held at Brooklyn\u2019s Makki Mosque.
