The award ceremony for renowned Pakistani personalities, organized by the Bronx Community Council in the Bronx area of New York City, Assembly Member Mark Jonay and Pakistani Consul General Ayesha Ali was attended as special guests.<\/p>\n

Bronx Community Council presents Lifetime Achievement Award to APPAC Chairman Dr. Ijaz Ahmed and Senior Journalist Azeem M. Mian<\/p>\n

Eminent personalities of the community including Bashir Qamar, Head of PACOLI – Pakistani American Community of Long Island, Pakistani Community Attorney Mujahid Khan were also awarded certificates of appreciation in recognition of their services. A special prayer was also offered on the occasion<\/p>\n

The event was also attended by business and social figures from the Pakistani community, and said the event provided an opportunity for the community to come together after a long break due to COVID-19 outbreak. At the end of the ceremony, guests were treated to a barbecue.<\/p>\n
