Four Saudi and two Syrian nationals have been arrested for drug trafficking.<\/p>\n<p>Mohammed al-Najadi, a spokesman for Saudi Arabia&#8217;s anti-narcotics agency, said a large consignment of the amphetamine pill had been seized.<\/p>\n<p>The amphetamine pills hidden in wooden planks and quantity of pills is 9.54 million.
