{"id":19360,"date":"2021-03-05T19:12:24","date_gmt":"2021-03-05T14:12:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vosa.tv\/?p=19360"},"modified":"2021-03-05T19:12:24","modified_gmt":"2021-03-05T14:12:24","slug":"german-government-rejects-public-pressure-lock-down-extended","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vosa.tv\/eng\/archives\/19360","title":{"rendered":"German government rejects public pressure, lock down extended."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Matiullah, Berlin,<\/p>\n<p>German government has extended the lock down until March 28, despite public pressure, but has also announced easing and reopening for some sectors.<\/p>\n<p>Germany has been griped in a severe lock down since November to deal with Pandemic COVID-19, long imposed lock down causes public frustration, and pressure was mounting on the government to ease the lock down, despite public opinion polls.<\/p>\n<p>However, the German government has decided not to take any risks despite public pressure, and has extended the lock down until March 28.<\/p>\n<p>After the meeting, the rules regarding meeting with friends or neighbors will be relaxed from Monday, March 8, and up to 5 people will be allowed to meet.<\/p>\n<p>Children under the age of 14 will not be counted, and bookstores, garden centers and flower shops have been allowed to open from March 8, but they must ensure a distance of at least 10 meters from their customers.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting also decided to strengthen the vaccination campaign.
