{"id":17949,"date":"2020-11-28T12:23:27","date_gmt":"2020-11-28T07:23:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vosa.tv\/?p=17949"},"modified":"2020-11-28T12:23:27","modified_gmt":"2020-11-28T07:23:27","slug":"formula-1-in-bahrain-this-weekend","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vosa.tv\/eng\/archives\/17949","title":{"rendered":"Formula 1 in Bahrain this weekend"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Istanbul,<\/p>\n<p>Bahrain Grand Prix of Formula 1 is set to take place on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>The 57-lap Bahrain GP will be run at Bahrain International Circuit on a track nearly 5.4 kilometers (3.3 miles) long, located in the desert region of Sakhir, thirty kilometers from the capital Manama.<\/p>\n<p>The qualifying round will be held at 1400GMT on Saturday, and the race will start at 1410GMT on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>Bahrain Grand Prix is the Round 15 as the 2020 season will end after the Round 17 in Abu Dhabi next month.<\/p>\n<p>British driver Lewis Hamilton of Mercedes claimed 10 victories, followed by his teammate Valtteri Bottas (2), Red Bull-Honda&#8217;s Max Verstappen (1) and Pierre Gasly (1) from AlphaTauri-Honda ahead of Bahrain Grand Prix.<\/p>\n<p>On Nov. 15, Hamilton secured the 2020 F1 title in the Turkish Grand Prix with a first-place finish at Intercity Istanbul Park.<\/p>\n<p>The 35-year-old had 94 victories to be the record holder for the most Grand Prix wins.<\/p>\n<p>With 94 race wins, Hamilton surpassed legend driver Michael Schumacher&#8217;s career total of 91. Vettel, coming third on the Grand Prix wins list, has 53 wins.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2020 Driver standings:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.
