{"id":13976,"date":"2020-04-13T14:27:21","date_gmt":"2020-04-13T09:27:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.vosa.tv\/?p=13976"},"modified":"2020-04-13T14:27:21","modified_gmt":"2020-04-13T09:27:21","slug":"arab-world-death-toll-rises-new-covid19-cases-reports","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vosa.tv\/eng\/archives\/13976","title":{"rendered":"Arab world death toll rises, new COVID19 cases reports"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Several Arab countries on Sunday reported a rise in the number of deaths due to novel coronavirus.<\/p>\n<p>Accoding to Anadolu news agency Morocco\u2019s Health Ministry said in a statement that two more people had lost their lives, raising the death toll to 113.<\/p>\n<p>The number of confirmed cases stands at 1,617 and there is a total of 153 recovered, it added.<\/p>\n<p>In Iraq, the Health Ministry reported the updated death toll as 74, while the number of cases is 1,318.<\/p>\n<p>Some 600 people have recovered, it said.<\/p>\n<p>A total of 59 deaths have also taken place in Saudi Arabia since the deadly coronavirus entered the country.<\/p>\n<p>The country\u2019s Health Ministry said the number of cases is 4,462 and a total of 761 people have recovered.<\/p>\n<p>Kuwait\u2019s Health Ministry also issued a statement saying the number of cases reached 1,234 and over 140 people have recovered. Earlier reports just one death.<\/p>\n<p>In Lebanon, a total of 630 confirmed cases were reported by the Health Ministry.<\/p>\n<p>Twenty people have succumbed to the virus so far in the country, according to earlier figures.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Several Arab countries on Sunday reported a rise in the number of deaths due to novel coronavirus.
