Four people were killed and five others wounded after two suspects entered a bar and opened fire in Kansas City, Kansas, early Sunday.<\/p>\n
Authorities were searching on Sunday for the two gunmen, said Officer Thomas Tomasic, a police spokesman.\u00a0Police are also reviewing surveillance video from inside the bar.<\/p>\n
He added the two men had apparently gotten into some sort of disagreement with people inside Tequila KC Bar, left, then returned with handguns.<\/p>\n
Around 40 people were inside the small bar when gunfire erupted around 1:30am, Tomasic said. The gunfire sent people running for the exits, with the injured leaving trails of blood as they fled.<\/p>\n
The four people who died were all Hispanic males, who ranged in age from mid-20s to late-50s, Tomasic said. Authorities did not identify them further.<\/p>\n
Five others were taken to local hospitals and in stable condition.<\/p>\n
Tequila KC is a private club, which meant that having a membership or being the guest of a member was required for entry, according to Tomasic.<\/p>\n
All four men who were killed were Hispanic, but Tomasic said authorities do not believe the shooting was racially motivated. The shooting happened in a neighbourhood with a large Hispanic population.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
