Heavy rains, floods hit Las Vegas, residential areas now under waters

National Weather Service declared emergency for central Clark County, Las Vegas.

Las Vegas: Heavy rains created havoc in Las Vegas in the U.S. as different residential areas have come under flood waters, and roads flooded, causing hardships for motorists to make their way.

More heavy rains are expected in Las Vegas with strong winds.

The National Weather Service declared a state of emergency for Central Clark County, including Las Vegas.

Water entered homes. More than 4,000 people are without electricity. Hundreds of flights have been delayed, several flights had to be canceled.

On the other hand, President Joe Biden visited the town affected by floods in Florida and assessed the damages. Residential areas are underwater.
