AUPAC merges into APPAC

The two PACs to work together for the rights of Pakistani -Americans with collective energy and resources

Texas: Two major organizations representing Pakistanis in America, APPAC and AUPAC, have merged, and decided to continue political and social activities together in the future.

In this regard, a gracious ceremony was organized in Dallas, Texas.

In this event, the leadership of both organizations besides a large number of personalities from the American federal and state houses of representatives, local rulers, political and social circles participated.

New membership was also offered on this occasion, and a large number of Pakistani-Americans belonging to the Dalles also joined APPAC as members.

On this occasion, the leaders of APPAC said in their address that both the organizations were rendering services to the Pakistani community for which both manpower and capital were being wasted.

We decided why not work together for the community with full energy and effective planning.

They said that it is inevitable to gather Pakistani origin-Americans on one platform at the political level.

Individual efforts are not very effective. We can only work together to improve the rights of our community and improve their quality of life, and politically, we can effectively convey our point to the higher forums in the US.

On this occasion, Mark Vesey, Texas State Representative Salman Bhojani, Central Chairman APPAC Dr. Ijaz Ahmed, Dr. Muhammad Tariq, Mayor City of Carlton Steve Babic, APPAC New Jersey Chapter Dr. Jabeen, Chairman APPAC Dallas Chapter Nadeem Akhtar and others addressed the program while the event was administrated by Imtiaz Rahi of APPAC.
