
New York: The former captain of Pakistan’s national cricket team, Moin Khan will pay visit to US next month to participate in the Dave Cameron Cricket Tournament at the invitation of the North American Cricket Authority (NACA).
The North American Cricket Authority has announced to hold the Dave Cameron Cricket Tournament on the completion of 60 years of Jamaica’s independence from the British rule, which will start from September 3 next month.
T-10 and T-20 matches will be played between the participating teams in the tournament, while the winning teams will be awarded with prize money of 200,000 dollars.
NAKA has especially invited the former captain of Pakistan’s national cricket team and famous wicketkeeper Moin Khan to America.
In a video message, Moin Khan thanked NAKA and Dave Cameron and appealed to the cricket fans to participate in this tournament in full.
Earlier in May this year, the Cricket Hall of Fame Award was announced for Moin Khan, who will be presented with the award at a ceremony to be held at Bradley on October 1.
