New York: Unique protests are being staged across USA against the Indian government’s August 5, 2019 decision to end the special status of Occupied Kashmir.

Advertising screens, taxis and trucks became the voice of oppressed Kashmiris and right activists, especially Pakistani and Kashmiri communities based in Washington State, New York, California and Texas who took roads and streets against the Indian Government’s move to revoke the special status of IOK.

To expose Indian atrocities in Occupied Kashmir, signboards and billboards also became the voice of oppressed Kashmiris in US cities.

The taxis plying on the streets of different cities also participated in this protest. Demands were written on the taxis in clear words to stop the genocide of Kashmiris and give freedom to Kashmir.

trucks also patrolled in many cities to show solidarity with Kashmiris, and pictures of Kashmiris who were victims of Indian oppression were displayed on them.

Inscriptions on several trucks condemned the criminal silence of the international community on Indian state suppression on Occupied Kashmir.

They demanded the United Nations to put pressure on the Indian government to restore the special status of Occupied Kashmir and the aspirations of the Kashmiri people, and resolve the Kashmir issue as per the wishes.
