A dinner held at the residence of businessman Khawar Baig in honor of Ahsan Chughtai on being designated Senior Advisor to New York City Mayor Eric Adam and Adeel Rana as Deputy Inspector of New York Police.
Special Guest of honor is the Consul General Ayesha Ali, Dr. Ejaz Ahmed, Capt Muhammad Ashraf, Capt. Waheed Akhtar and Detective Rohail Khalid also present in the event.
Event begins with the recitation of the Holy Quran, Naat Rasool Maqbool (Peace be upon Him) offered by Dr. Ijaz Ahmed, Chairman of APPAC.
Khawar Baig and distinguished guests congratulates Ahsan Chughtai and Adeel Rana and said that you are the pride of Pakistani community and the role model for younger generation.
Advisor to NY Mayor, Ahsan Chughtai and NYPD Inspector Adeel Rana thanked all participants for their support, and said that they always tried to to do best for the betterment of the community.
Political and social figures present at the event also expressed their views and said,
“We need to get the younger generation involved in American politics, the civil services and the security forces”.
Participants emphasizes that Dr. Ijaz Ahmed played a key role in gathering Pakistani community in American politics and this is remarkable. 
At last, Advisor to Mayor Ahsan and Inspector Adeel Rana cut the cake and participants present bouquet and gifts.
